On the half day tour, there is some time to shop at the Hollywood Walk of Fame, however, depending on the pick up location, there may not be more than 10-15 minutes to shop.
The half day tour does not include a stop for lunch, however, I would highly recommend to take a look at the full day tour. I believe this would be a better option for you and your family.
